We made our annual Christmas cakes!

 Christmas:  We got to have back to back visits from our parents for Christmas this year!  Lots of games, good food, movies, and even got to play outside on Christmas Eve and Day.

We sent them on a scavenger hunt for their gift from Mommy and Daddy...

...which led to their Kindles!  Color-coded to minimize fighting.

We took a drive on Christmas night to look at lights and Adrienne couldn't keep her eyes open any longer!

Butters:

We moved his box to the basement and he has full run of the house now that he's older.  He found a nice bed in an old carseat in the basement.  

Watching the girls take a bath.  He likes to play in the tub after the water drains, so he was waiting his turn.

Our furnace was out for a few days the week before Christmas.  Butters (and the rest of us!) enjoyed the heat from the gas fireplace during this time!

He wore himself out playing with his new toy from Santa!

Freezer Meal Club ladies at our Christmas get together!

Ben and our neighbor, Phalgun, have been getting together to play Magic Cards a couple of times a week!  Ben described their most recent match as an "epic battle."  Neeeeeerrrddss.
