February Video and Pictures!

Brynn and Adrienne:
More snow...

I'm usually an "I'd rather stay warm" mom, but I joined the fun this time :)

Goofing around with Daddy

This sums up most school mornings in our house.

So sweet... B was reading a book to A!

Princess snack...

...followed by princess snuggles.

Family video game time

Brynn:
Mid-jump

Sometimes when Brynn gets really mad about something...

... she comes at us with her best karate moves!  Hi-ya!!

Proud of her 1st place finish in Mario Kart!

Adrienne:
Adrienne just kind of hung there when she jumped at Ben.

Showing off her heart bow from Miss Meghan!

Working hard on their numbers with Miss Jeanna!

Followed by goofing around in a box!

Freezer Meals:
I had a "freezer meal day" with a good friend recently.  This is where you get together and do a LOT of meal prep together (like chopping onions for an hour, large quantities of garlic, lots of meat, etc.) and create freezer ziploc bag, ready-to-go crockpot or oven meals.  Then you pull them out and use them when you are ready or have a busy week and dinner is done!  LOTS of work for the one day, but it's totally been worth it so far!
Starting to load our bags.

Peppers ready for our stuffed pepper recipe.

The dads were trying to play chess.  At least the kids stayed away from us!!

Children's Museum:  Brynn had a day off school and we let Adrienne play hooky for a fun day at the museum!
Inside a sheep that was made out of plastic bottles.

Light up sand play area

The water room!

This was their favorite/my least favorite area ;)  We did bring extra clothes as backup!

Getting dried off at the power dryers.

B's turn!

B in the sewing room.

Daddy telling A all about electricity.

In the art room: lots of clay, paint, coloring, etc.

Four hours later, we were ALL exhausted after this trip!

House Updates:
Carpet guys were here to fix a carpet seam and we realized they didn't put in the correct padding!  Whoopsie!!!

We think our clownfish are trying to lay eggs inside this clay pot.  The odds are against any baby fish- Ben says they will make a tasty treat for the rest of the life in the tank.

Freshly painted family room!

Found this buffet that we had picked out awhile ago on a great sale after Christmas!  We finally have a place to store all the girls' arts and crafts supplies in one spot!

My organization station.  All of the girls' school stuff and my lists all in one place.

I forced Ben to paint against his will TWO weekends in a row.

Master Bath

And Guest Bedroom.... DONE!
